Through Priesthood Keys and Covenants
These Priesthood Keys and Covenants are not easy to explain with out understanding a few things - key belong to Presidents - stake Presidents, Bishops, Elders Quorum Presidents, and other Presidents... by callings and ordinations... etc...
Covenants are by ordinations, baptismal, and temple ordinations, not excluding the Holy Ghost, Endowments, washings and anointings, sealings, and other ordinations... some do not have covenants to them, but blessings - warnings and other revelations... etc. given by the Holy Spirit... all are done the spirit and with approval of some one who holds keys and authorized these actions...
